Designed with 4.3 inches Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection, the RAZR M is installed with dual-core 1.5GHz processor and has 1GB RAM. For the internal storage it only available for 4.5 GB user memory, but don't so worry about this. The additional memory card slot up to 32GB using microSD or microSDHC is provided. Just before you going to read the tutorial that we wrote below: the SIM card type for this phone uses micro SIM type.

The battery is assembled on this RAZR M in condition that it can't be replaced and removed. Therefore the 2000 mAh Li-Ion batter didn't need assembled tutorial or removing tutorial, thus the back cover weren't needed. The design of micro SIM card slot and microSD slot are also placed "outside of the rear body". They're located on the left side of the phone. In US this RAZR M is available along Verizon Wireless carrier. Therefore the microSIM card uses on the phone come from this mobile provider either.

To insert the micro SIM, get the phone right side, then you'll find a kind of cover in that location. If you open the cover with your fingernail on the help of opening gap (there is a tiny gap that you can insert your finger nail and pull out the cover) to open the slots cover (for both of sim and memory). After that, as you can see at the figure above, the slot on the top is for microSIM, and the below is for microSD memory.

Align the microSIM with the SIM card slot, and make sure that the cute-edge is on the left-front (see the image) and the gold-contacts facing downward, then just push the card with tip of your finger until it locked ("click" sound should be heard). If it can be done with your finger, use the Card Inserting tool to push the card or use your fingernail to do that.

If you want to remove the SIM card, you can do reversely. Push the microSIM with Removal Tool in order to make it's unlock, then pull out the SIM card with your fingertip (Whenever the card is not locked, the card should pop out automatically from its slot).

The Same process like SIM card goes to on how you can insert and remove the microSD Memory card too. Push the card with Inserting tool (or fingertip and your nail or any kind similar to this tool), then make sure it reach the end of slot and click sound is heard (as a sign that the microSIM is locked). Removing the memory card: Open the cover, push the microSD then release it, if it pops out, you are successfully removing the memory. Then grap the card and pull it out. Done.
Do Factory Hard Reset, Charge battery and Turn the Morotola RAZR M on
To make sure that the battery have enough power to powering up your RAZR M, you must charge this 2000 mAh battery before you turn on the phone. This should be done if you got the phone directly from its package (aka brand new phone). To charge the battery, just use the USB cable, Adapter and Power Outlet. The connection series should be like this: connect the microUSB side of USB cable to the charging jack of the Razr M, connect the USB to the Adapter, then plug the Adapter to the power outlet. It's approximately need to be done for about 3 hours before the battery is fully charged.

After you done with that, now just press and hold the Power Key for about 2-4 seconds (or until the screen appears). Wait till the booting process is done and your ready to use it. You might need to enter your google account, your setting of language, for the first time you Powering On the device.
And to do Factory Reset, you had to make sure that all your imporatnt data is safe on your backup storage (PC, Portable Harddrive, Flash Drive, etc), then go to Apps > Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset > Reset phone. This Hard Reset can only been done if you had direct access to your phone. If you forgot your unlock screen and google account password, you need to bring you RAZR M XT905 to Motorola service center to get back all the access of your phone.
Remember that the battery is non-removable and non-replaceable. If somehow your battery cannot be charged or leak out, go to Motoroa SC to ask for the replacement (additional charge would be applied).
